requirements. The laws concerning nutrition and consumer goods
and nutritional hygiene regulations are our guidelines. For the manufacturing
process we have established our own control processes to ensure that no
dangers to health arise from biological, micro-biological, chemical or
physical sources.
To identify and evaluate these hazards we have the HACCP system, this
allows us to eliminate all potential risks and hazards before they arise,
or to minimise them as far as possible.
As a company manufacturing natural products, Großkelterei Rötha
GmbH has a special obligation to the environment and aims to strike a
balance between economic and ecological factors.
Our primary objective is to avoid environmental pollution from waste,
emissions and waste water, and to conceive all production processes in
an environmentally friendly manner. Where waste cannot be avoided it goes
without saying that Großkelterei Rötha GmbH ensures that it
is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
